Refund policy
Here at Cub Rocks, we understand that sometimes our socks are just not quite right for you, or we may have made a silly mistake at our end too. So if you are looking to return or exchange your order, we are here to help!
We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. However, please note that the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return postage. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. The refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 working days. Please note, we do not accept responsibility for goods which are damaged or lost during shipment to us.
If, after 14 working days, you have not received your refund, please contact your debit / credit card company as it may take some time before a refund is officially posted. Subsequently, please contact us at hello@cubrocks.com
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@cubrocks.com with your order number, photo and brief description of the items condition.
